TEAM & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The project manager is responsible for overseeing an assigned project from the contract date to the final delivery. He or she selects the proper translator(s), manages the schedule and related budget, and coordinates all queries and correspondences with the client.

This consists of our pool of translators who have the proper technical background and expertise to match with project requirements. Translators get the brief guidelines of each project prior to the commencement and they are closely supervised.

Each project is inspected up to 4 times. The editing group provides the translators with appropriate glossaries and feedbacks regarding style consistency, orthography and mistranslation – all in order to reach our high standard of quality.

It maximizes the quality of final delivery of a project via meeting, reporting, and feedback to the Editing Group and Project Manager in charge.
